Reconfiguration of a Lot

GPC prepares and lodges reconfiguration of a lot (ROL) applications for a range of clients. GPC regularly works with surveyors and engineers to design the optimum lot layout, and prepares the relevant documentation for lodgement with local governments. GPC prepares ROL applications for small lots, lots in established areas, and management lots for staged infill development.

Edson Street, Kenmore

Project
GPC provided planning advice and obtained approval for a one into two reconfiguration of a lot application in Edson Street, Kenmore. The subdivision required careful consideration of stormwater management, services and the retention of the dwelling house.

The reconfiguration of a lot arrangement and provision of services also allows for further subdivision at a later stage.

Linda Street, Sherwood

Project
The project at Linda Street Sherwood required building works and a rearrangement of boundaries to create two new lots from the existing two lots.  The project required a clear understanding of exempt building works through the demolition of building works at the rear of the existing dwelling house.

GPC provided expert planning advice to guide the preparation of the proposed development, and prepared and managed the RiskSmart planning approval process through Brisbane City Council.
