Project
GPC has provided extensive planning advice for the Herston Quarter since 2014. GPC provided professional and timely advice for the then Queensland Treasury and Trade during the Request for Proposals phase, Expression of Interest phase and more recently the implementation phase with Metropolitan North Hospital and Health Services.

The Herston Quarter is an integral part of the Herston Health Precinct, which is located approximately three kilometres from Brisbane’s Central Business District and accommodates over 11,000 people daily including a mix of students, administrative staff, researchers and clinicians. The Queensland Government has selected Australian Unity as the preferred tenderer for the estimated $1.1 billion redevelopment of the Herston Quarter for a new mixed use precinct for health, residential, commercial and recreational activity.
