Project
GPC (as part of a consultant team) provided Forgacs (the site owners) with a strategic planning report and urban design study that assessed potential land use and development outcomes. This 14.35 hectare site adjoins other redundant industrial land in this area and in the long term, provides a unique opportunity for a higher and better land use. It is one of the last major inner city Riverfront land holdings, and will have renewed interest once the nearby Bulimba Department of Defence development proceeds.
